Important Notice:

• Flexipack International was discontinued for sale effective 30 June 2026 and is no longer available for purchase.
• Customers with unused Flexipack International prepaid envelopes may continue to use them for posting until 31 December 2026, subject to destination availability and applicable service coverage.
• Flexipack International will no longer be accepted from 1 January 2027 onwards.

Service Availability

Flexipack International remains available for posting only for customers who hold unused prepaid envelopes purchased before the product discontinuation. An additional fuel surcharge of 40% applies at the point of posting.

Acceptance remains subject to:

• Destination availability
• Service coverage
• Applicable transportation requirements
• Customs and regulatory requirements of the destination country

Important Guidelines:

• All items sent via International Economy should be clearly and truthfully declared in respect of content and value.
• Parcels should be accompanied by a commercial invoice or commercial pro forma.
• Food items are not acceptable in some countries.
• For shipments containing food (including health or dietary supplements, food for animals, food and colour additives) to USA, a Prior Notice Confirmation Number must be obtained from FDA USA.
• Refer to the UPU List of Prohibited Articles or contact the customs, postal trade, or government authorities of the destination country for the latest information.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees

• To prevent unexpected charges, confirm any applicable duties, taxes, or additional fees with the destination country's consulate or relevant authority before shipping.
• De Minimis shipments, or Direct Release shipments, are imports exempt from duties and taxes due to their Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) value. For more information on De Minimis thresholds in your destination countries, visit this link: De Minimis Information.
