For walk-in customers: contact us at via AskPos. There is a minimum pick-up charge of RM5.30 (inclusive SST) regardless of the item quantity.
For contract customers please contact 1300-300-300, for free pick-up.
Your undelivered item will be held for 7 days and in the event that the item is not collected by the recipient, we will return the item to the sender’s address.
Available at all Post Offices, Pos Laju Centres, Pos Laju Kiosks, Pos Laju EziDrive-Thru, Pos Laju Go2U, Pos-On- Wheels (POW), Pos Mini and Pos Laju authorised agents.
*A maximum limit of 30kg per shipment is applied for lodgement at other Pos Malaysia outlets.
