The Window Delivery Ticket service solution provides equal privilege and access to mail collection for all Malaysians.
With this service, we resemble your 'second home' with added security as mails can only be collected with a delivery ticket. We will compile letters/packages sent to you at the address given when you apply for this service and you can come during office hours to collect them.
You can apply for this service by completing a form available at the General Post Offices nationwide and forward it to the respective State Office.
P.O. Box service allows general public, organisations and companies to rent mailboxes at the General Post Offices nationwide. You can always collect your mails during and after business hours. You can even do so during the weekends or public holidays!
Our P.O. Box is available for both individual and corporate rental. Aside from the convenience of mails access, the security and confidentiality of your personal residential address is guaranteed.
A special and personalised way of mail delivery, mailbox can be rented on a long term basis or short term. All aplications for a P.O. Box may be forwarded to the State Office of the General Post Office by using the prescribed form.

Poste Restante is here to help you. This service promotes solely for the accommodation of postal articles for travellers who have no permanent address. Travellers can collect their mails addressed to POSTE RESTANTE at the nearest General Post Office.
These specific letters, as posted from Brunei and Singapore, will be retained for a month while those from places abroad will be kept for two months. After the prescribed period, uncollected letters are sent to the Dead Letter Office. The subscriber can collect mail at a convenient time from the General Post Office.
It is a convenient and fuss-free service. All you need to do is get the exact address of the General Post Office nearest to your holiday destination and convey it to your family or friends who might be sending mails to you.
