Acceptance Of PO Box Addresses For International Express Shipments

Dear Valued Customer,​

Effective 8 July 2026, PO Box addresses are accepted for International Express shipments to all destinations except the United States of America  (USA).​

​For shipments to the USA, a complete delivery residence address is mandatory, as PO Box addresses are not accepted. ​

​Customers are advised to ensure the recipient's address complies with the destination country's delivery requirements to avoid delivery issues or shipment returns.​
