Surcharges

Surcharges may apply depending on the shipment characteristics and delivery destination.

The following surcharges may apply where applicable:

• Fuel Surcharges - applies to eligible international shipments and are automatically calculated based on the prevailing fuel surcharge rate at the time of shipment creation.
• Residential Address Delivery - applies when the delivery address is a residential location. Customers should select Residential Address accurately when creating a shipment.
• Remote Area Delivery - applies when the destination postcode is classified as a remote or out-of-coverage area. The surcharge is automatically determined during shipment creation.
• Oversized Shipment - applies when any shipment dimension (length, width, or height) exceeds 120cm. The surcharge is calculated based on the dimensions declared or measured during acceptance.

Where applicable, the charges will be automatically calculated and included in the total shipping charges during shipment creation or acceptance.

  • PO Box delivery is available for all countries except for USA ONLY.

Contains Accepted Non-Dangerous Goods

Certain items classified by Pos Malaysia as Accepted Non-Dangerous Goods may be accepted for transportation, subject to destination regulations, packaging requirements and operational acceptance.

Customers are advised to check the Accepted Non-Dangerous Goods List before creating a shipment.

Important Guidelines:

• All items sent via International Express​ should be clearly and truthfully declared in respect of content and value.
• Parcels should be accompanied by a commercial invoice or commercial pro forma.
• Food items are not acceptable in some countries.
• For shipments containing food (including health or dietary supplements, food for animals, food and colour additives) to USA, a Prior Notice Confirmation Number must be obtained from FDA USA.
• Refer to the UPU List of Prohibited Articles or contact the customs, postal trade, or government authorities of the destination country for the latest information.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees

• To prevent unexpected charges, confirm any applicable duties, taxes, or additional fees with the destination country's consulate or relevant authority before shipping.
