We Are Operating As Usual During The Nationwide MCO! Redirect Your Parcels If Necessary

Dear Valued Customers,

 

Following the recent government announcement of the lockdown for the social and economic sectors nationwide effective 1 – 14 June 2021, we would like to inform our customers that we will be operating as usual.

 

However, we advise our customers to redirect  parcel deliveries to their home addresses, due to closures of various office and business premises throughout this period.

 

Redirection service is available effective immediately and until further notice for all Pos Laju customers nationwide and subject to terms and conditions.

 

You may update and redirect your parcels to your home address online at https://bit.ly/redirectionrequest.

 

For customers within the Klang Valley, redirection is available to any residential address within the Klang Valley. For customers outside the Klang Valley, redirection is only provided to residential addresses located within the same coverage area of the initial delivery address.
