Since 2022, Pos Malaysia's We Support You initiative has celebrated Pos Wiras who dedicate their personal time making a difference in their communities. What began as a platform to recognise these unsung heroes has evolved into one of Pos Malaysia’s flagship employee-driven community impact programmes, empowering employees nationwide to amplify the causes they care about while inspiring others to do the same.
Launched under Pos Care, the programme was created to support Pos Wiras who champion charitable, social and community causes beyond their day-to-day responsibilities at work. It reflects the values of #BuildTrust and #OneTeam, demonstrating how individuals can create meaningful impact when given the opportunity and support to turn their passion into action.
From Recognition to Nationwide Impact
Over the past five years, We Support You has grown from recognising a handful of inspiring individuals to supporting community organisations and initiatives across Malaysia. Between 2022 and 2025 alone, the programme invested RM105,000 into community initiatives, supporting 13 organisations across welfare, health, disability empowerment, education, youth and sports development, and humanitarian causes. Its reach has extended across Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, Sabah and Sarawak, demonstrating the breadth of impact created by Pos Wiras nationwide.
Impact in Action
Since its launch, We Support You has empowered Pos Wiras to support a diverse range of causes that strengthen communities across the country. Early recipients such as Hazaha Bin Awang championed opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome through the Persatuan Sindrom Down Negeri Kelantan, while subsequent winners have supported initiatives ranging from vocational training and employment opportunities for the deaf community through the Sabah Society for the Deaf, to providing free funeral management services for underprivileged families, strengthening flood preparedness efforts in vulnerable communities, and expanding educational support for underserved students. Together, these initiatives highlight the compassion, commitment and community spirit of Pos Wiras who continue to create meaningful change beyond the workplace.
More Than a CSR Programme
While the causes supported through We Support You vary from year to year, the essence of the programme remains unchanged. It is about recognising Pos Wiras who choose to make a difference beyond their official roles and celebrating the belief that positive change begins with individuals who care deeply about the communities around them.
Over the years, the programme has supported initiatives involving disability empowerment, education, community welfare, humanitarian assistance and disaster preparedness. More importantly, it has showcased the diverse passions, talents and contributions of Pos Wiras who are helping build stronger, more resilient and more inclusive communities throughout Malaysia.
