Delay In Delivery To / From Sabah During Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO)14 Oct 2020
Dear Valued Customers,
Pos Malaysia customers are advised to expect delays in mail and parcel deliveries to / from Sabah due to recent COVID-19 developments in the state.
To date, the government has imposed restrictions throughout Sabah and deliveries are expected to take a minimum of 30 days. Our new operating hours during the CMCO is from 8.00am - 3.00pm (weekdays) until further notice.
The safety of our employees and customers remain to be our highest commitment. While Pos Malaysia has undertaken necessary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees by providing personal hygiene kits such as face masks and hand sanitisers to all office and customer-facing employees, customers are advised to adhere to the same SOP to prevent the spread of the virus at our post offices and outlets. Temperature screenings and physical distancing measures are also practiced across all our post offices nationwide.
We thank our customers for their support and cooperation during this time and encourage our customers to practice good hygiene.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused. For any enquiries, customers are welcomed to chat with us via AskPos at www.pos.com.my
