- Admail is another alternative that provides direct approach for non-addressed mail, including product sample which are dropped into targeted premises within a specific time frame.

- Minimum volume of 1000 homogenous pieces of items per lodgement

- Direct Mail is classified as non-priority service and will be processed on the following day of lodgment

- Pos Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to open the mails for verification purposes

- Direct Mail items must use prepaid mail license services only

- Prior to lodgement, mock up of the items must be submitted to Direct Mail Unit

- Item needs to be sorted according to Pos Malaysia Sorting Plan

- Maximum weight for Direct Mail item is 1kg

- For domestic destination posting only

Direct Mailing has been in the market for many decades especially in the US and UK. Even industrialised Asia Pacific countries such as Japan, Australia and Singapore are encouraging direct mailing. Direct Mail is under Pos Malaysia Berhad dealing with all mailing and postal services while PosLaju is a brand by its own under Pos Malaysia Berhad dealing with courier services. Both Direct Mail Unit, which handles Direct Mail and PosLaju are separate departments under Pos Malaysia Berhad.

Perkhidmatan ini sesuai untuk syarikat atau individu yang ingin mendapatkan jawapan daripada pelanggan-pelanggan mereka tanpa kos pengeposan yang perlu dibiayai oleh pelanggan mereka.

a. Pelanggan perlu mendapatkan lesen dari Pos Malaysia Berhad 

b. Pelanggan sediakan jawapan perniagaan dalam bentuk sampul surat, poskad atau surat berlipat mengikut spesifikasi

c. Pemegang lesen akan dikenakan bayaran berdasarkan bilangan jawapan yang diterima daripada pelanggan

Caj yang dikenakan adalah berbeza, iaitu bergantung kepada berat surat berkenaan. Pemegang lesen akan dikenakan bayaran perkhidmatan iaitu sebanyak RM0.02 sen bagi setiap jawapan perniagaan yang dipos dari dalam negara.

Bayaran perkhidmatan bagi setiap jawapan 0.10

a. Jawapan perniagaan dalam bentuk sampul surat, kad jawapan atau surat berlipat

b. Bahan sampul hendaklah daripada jenis kertas berat sekurang-kurangnya 63 gm setiap meter persegi. Manakala poskad hendaklah daripada kad berat sekurang-kurangnya 190 gm setiap meter persegi dan ketebalan hendaklah 0.16mm

c. Setiap sampul hendaklah mudah digam dengan sempurna. Pengetip atau kelip besi tidak dibenarkan untuk tujuan menutup sampul

d. Tiada sampul bertingkap dibenarkan

e. Warna sampul tidak terlalu gelap. Sebaik-baiknya warna putih dan krim disyorkan

f. Unsur-unsur promosi hendaklah berada disudut atas kiri sampul, jauh dari Zon Alamat atau dibahagian belakang sampul

g. Setiap baris alamat hendaklah sama besar huruf dan bentuknya. Elakkan bentuk italic atau gaya tulisan lama. Gunakan saiz font 10 atau 12

Dibolehkan, tetapi atas budi bicara secara operasi bagi memastikan barang tersebut dapat diserah kedalam peti surat.

Sekiranya terdapat admail yang melebihi dari berat yang terdapat dalam ‘price list’ perlu dirujuk kembali kepada panduan harga surat standard dan non-standard dengan sedikit diskaun harga boleh diberikan.

Melalui tunai atau bank draft atas nama ‘Pos Malaysia Berhad’ melalui unit kewangan negeri atau mel pukal.

6 hingga 8 hari dan seterusnya mengikut budibicara diantara pelanggan dan Pos Malaysia.

Ya, untuk pelanggan yang menghantar dengan kuantiti lebih daripada 30,000 keping dan seumpamanya, jabatan kerajaan dan badan berkanun - atas budi bicara unit admail ibupejabat dan seumpamanya atau pengurus negeri boleh mendapat rebat / diskaun

Berjumpa dan berbincang dengan pengurusan kediaman tersebut kemudian disusuli dengan surat pemberitahuan dan seterusnya memaklumkan unit admail ibupejabat untuk tindakan susulan dari pihak Pos Malaysia.

Pelanggan boleh meneliti Borang ‘admail 5’ yang ditandatangani oleh pengurus serahan atau ip serahan yang bertugas dikawasan serahan tersebut sebagai bukti serahan telah dibuat.
