The COVID-19 Frontliners Empty Folder special stamp issue pays tribute to the brave frontliners who have tirelessly put their own safety and health at risk while providing assistance, care and protection to everyone in Malaysia since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020.

The stamps are designed by renowned mixed-media artist, Red Hong Yi by using over five thousand pieces of Setem Ku stamps to form collages of frontliners which include our doctors, nurses, the armed forces, the police and our frontliners in the postal and delivery services too. The stamp sheet also comes with a special invisible ink printing of COVID-19 that is only visible under ultraviolet light.
