Location Columns is where you should enter the name of the location which postcode you wish to locate. The name should be precise and correct but if you are not sure about the spelling, you should enter part of it but it must be more than 3 characters.
e.g :
If you want to search a postcode for "Banggol", you are also allowed to type "Bangg" but your selection for 'search type' should be on "Search location stating with search text" or "search for location containing with search text".
Common Text
Common text is the most used text for a location in Malaysia such as "Jalan", "Kampung", "Sungai", "Bukit", "Lorong" and "Taman". You are not permitted to use any of these text in the search but instead you have to uses the most complete name of the location.
For Example, if you want to find a postcode for "Jalan Kolam Air", you are allowed to enter the string "Jalan Kolam" or "Kolam Air" only for search postcode.

Search Method (Radio Button)
The three Radio Button is a compulsory because it can helps you to trim down the result of your search especially for a search text that you are not sure about the spelling.
Tips :
Button 1 - 'Full text search'
For exact search if you assured the correct and precise text
Button 2 - 'Search for location starting with search text'
For a location name that you are sure only the beginning part of it, for instance, you want to search a location in 'Kedah', starting with "Banggol", but you are not sure the exact spelling of it, you can type only "Bangg", and tick on Button 2, then the system will display the list of places starting with word "Bangg" like below: .

How to write address on the envelope
The address on the envelope is the address of the receiver
