Posdaftar ( Registered Post ) Posdaftar provides your mail extra security features by assigning a unique identification number and generates proof of posting and delivery. Customer may send a letter mail or packet up to maximum weight of 2 kg by Posdaftar. Posdaftar fee is RM1.00 per item in addition to the normal postage. Posdaftar provides domestic and international services. Compensation Compensation will be paid to sender for specific case provided claim is made using official inquiry form accompanied with posting receipt stamped with official postmark and sumbmitted within 6 months from the date of posting item. Compensation will not be paid for Posdaftar containing valuable such as Cash, Bank Notes, Traveller's Cheque, Share Certificate and Securities, Precious Stones and Metals, Arts and Sculpture of high value.

Posdaftar Barcoding and Tracking System Pos Malaysia has implemented tracking system for Posdaftar items. By entering the unique Posdaftar identification number, system is able to entertain customer's inquiry on the delivery status of Posdaftar item. Every item will therefore carry a unique identification number in the form of bar code which will be recoded electronically into the computer system by scanning process. Acceptance of Posdaftar Items It is important for customers to note that Posdaftar items are only accepted through postal counters ranging from the Post Offices, Mini Post Offices and the Postal Agencies. Prohibited Items All items prohibited under the Postal and National Laws including the Laws of Country of Destination are not permitted to be sent through post.
